At Wisteria we have converted our old barn into a games Barn.  Its ideal for the kids and adults alike, with its pool table, Air hockey and Dart board.  Great for chilling out or for the odd rainy day.

Hire charges for the equipment

Pool cues:     5 Euro each. per week.
Pool bals:     10 Euro per set per week.
Tennis bats:  3 Euro each per week.
Darts:             3 Euro per set per week.

For 5 Euro and your peace of mind you can also hire a baby monitor, then you can play in the games barn or just sit outside with a glass of wine.  The monitor has a 300 metre range.

On the banks of Guerledan lake and nearby towns, there are 10 circuit trails of tourist and sporting appeal, the lake and around Hilvern channel and the Nantes-Brest cannel, etc. 

Bike rides along Central Brittany's old railtracks.

From Carhaix to Loudeac and past lake Guerledan, cycllists can now cross Brittany's heartlands along the old converted railway in total safety.  The 11km-long consolidated sand trail follows the tracks of the old train.  The track offers a variety of landscapes and  no particular difficulties.  In three or four one-day stages, you can cover the trail from beginning to end.  If you want to leave the "beaten" track you also have a wide choice of round trips, which vary in difficulty from4.5km and are waymarked along the itinerary.  These feature inland Brittany's most beautiful sites along nice, quiet roads.

A fantastic way to cycle for pleasure is to ride along the tow paths of the Nantes Brest canal.  Its easy riding for all the family and ideal for a picnic.
