These terms and conditions are relevant to Wisteria cottage and Jasmin cottage.

Please read carefully.

 

 

Only the people named when the booking is made will be allowed to occupy the cottage.

A deposit of 100 Euro is payable on arrival to cover damage or breakage. This is refundable on your departure should no damage or breakage occur.

If it is not possible for us to inspect the cottage on the day of departure (due to an early start or any other reason) the deposit will be retained until an inspection of the cottage can be carried out. If there has been any damage/breakage or the cottage requires cleaning then the appropriate amount will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder will be forwarded to you in the form of a cheque.

 

 

 

We ask that you and your party read and understand all the rules for the swimming pool and adhere to them, as the pool is NOT supervised.

Upon your arrival you will be given a form regarding the rules and use of the swimming pool. This will require a signature from the party leader.

The responsibility for the safety of yourselves and your children rest entirely with you.

 

 

We: Peter and Margaret Ward accept no responsibility or liability for any injury that may occur through use of the facilities provided i.e trampoline, swimming pool or bicycles etc.

·        Total refund: less £50 per week admin charge up to six weeks prior to holiday start date.

·        50% refund: Up to four weeks prior to holiday start date.

·        No refund: one to two weeks prior to holiday start date, no refund for cancellation due to illness. No part refund if the holiday is broken during the booked period.

We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings.
